بعد التخرج في كلية الطب بجامعة حاجت تبه، إكمال التخصص في الأمراض الباطنية في الجامعة نفسها. الاختيار رئيسًا للأطباء المقيمين في الأمراض الباطنية أثناء متابعة التخصص. الحصول عام 2011 على جائزة «البروفيسور الدكتور شيريف زيلي لأفضل طبيب مقيم باحث لهذا العام» من قسم الأمراض الباطنية بجامعة حاجت تبه. استحقاق الرسالة العلمية التي أُنجزت عام 2014 بعنوان «تأثير عملية التأقلم خلال أسابيع العمل الأولى أثناء دورات الأطباء المقيمين في السنة الأولى العاملين في وحدة العناية المركزة للأمراض الباطنية على الوفيات» جائزة «البروفيسور الدكتور شيريف زيلي لأفضل رسالة علمية لهذا العام». الحصول على صفة اختصاصي الغدد الصماء بعد العمل طبيبًا مقيمًا في التخصص الفرعي في شعبة أمراض الغدد الصماء والاستقلاب بجامعة حاجت تبه بين عامي 2015 و2018. أداء التزام الخدمة الحكومية في مستشفى كارس هاراكاني الحكومي. العمل منذ عام 2020 عضوًا في الهيئة التدريسية (دكتور عضو هيئة تدريس) في شعبة أمراض الغدد الصماء والاستقلاب بكلية الطب بجامعة حاجت تبه.

الحصول عام 2016 على منحة من جمعية الاتحاد الأوروبي للأطباء الاختصاصيين (European Union of Medical Specialists) والجمعية التركية للغدد الصماء والاستقلاب، والسفر إلى بريطانيا. إجراء دراسات حول هرمون اللبتين في قسم الغدد الصماء والبيولوجيا الجزيئية بجامعة شيفيلد في مدينة شيفيلد البريطانية.

العضوية حاليًا في الجمعية التركية للغدد الصماء والاستقلاب، والجمعية الأوروبية للغدد الصماء (European Society of Endocrinology)، والجمعية الأمريكية للغدد الصماء (Endocrine Society)، والجمعية الأوروبية للغدد الصماء العصبية. وقد شغل عضوية مجلس الإدارة في مجموعة أطباء الغدد الصماء الشباب التابعة للجمعية التركية للغدد الصماء والاستقلاب.

يتجاوز عدد الأبحاث الأصلية المنشورة في المجلات الدولية والوطنية 20 بحثًا. تشمل مجالات اهتمام د. Şendur أمراض الغدة النخامية، وأمراض الغدة الكظرية (الغدة فوق الكلوية)، وأمراض الغدة جارة الدرقية.
