Recep Oktay Peker

Окончил медицинский факультет Университета Хаджеттепе в 1988 году. Ординатуру завершил на кафедре сердечно-сосудистой хирургии медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе в 1994 году. В 2001-2012 годах работал на кафедре сердечно-сосудистой хирургии Университета Сулеймана Демиреля в Испарте. В 2010 году стал доцентом. В 2011 году по стипендии YÖK в течение 3 месяцев работал в отделении сердечно-сосудистой хирургии Mayo Clinic в Рочестере (США).
