Recep Oktay Peker

أنهى كلية الطب بجامعة حاجت تبه عام 1988. وأتم تدريب الاختصاص في قسم جراحة القلب والأوعية بكلية الطب بجامعة حاجت تبه عام 1994. وعمل بين عامي 2001 و2012 في قسم جراحة القلب والأوعية بجامعة سليمان ديميريل في إسبارطة. وأصبح أستاذًا مشاركًا عام 2010. وأجرى عام 2011 بمنحة من مجلس التعليم العالي (YÖK) أعمالًا لمدة 3 أشهر في قسم جراحة القلب والأوعية بمايو كلينك في روتشستر بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
