Окончание медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе — 2000 г. Специализация по анатомии завершена в 2005 г. на кафедре анатомии медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе с диссертацией «Компьютерная трёхмерная реконструкция и расчёт объёма интраорбитальной части N. opticus у здоровых взрослых с помощью МРТ высокого разрешения (3T)». С 2011 г. — работа в должности доцента на той же кафедре. Работа преимущественно в области трёхмерного анатомического моделирования, клинической и сечённой анатомии; с 2006 г. — преподавание соответствующих курсов до и после получения диплома на медицинском, стоматологическом, фармацевтическом факультетах и факультете медицинских наук Университета Хаджеттепе, а также в Институте медицинских наук Университета Хаджеттепе. С 2009 г. — продолжение докторской программы по фундаментальным неврологическим наукам в Институте неврологических и психиатрических наук Университета Хаджеттепе; основная область интересов — нейровоспаление. В 2008 г. — работа в качестве постдокторского исследователя TÜBİTAK по методам МРТ на грызунах с проф. Bilgen в Медицинском университете Южной Каролины (Чарльстон, SC), в 2009 г. — по DTI (диффузионно-тензорной визуализации) — МРТ с проф. Başkaya в Университете Висконсина (Мэдисон, WI). В 2013 г. — работа в качестве стипендиата YÖK с проф. Murphy в Университете Вашингтона (Сиэтл, WA) по ингибиторам гистонового ацетилирования у грызунов. С 2011 г. — участие в качестве организатора и преподавателя более чем в 50 национальных и международных обучающих мероприятиях по хирургической анатомии и навыкам. Продолжается членство в правлении Центров прикладных исследований передовых медицинских технологий и трансгенных животных технологий Университета Хаджеттепе. Руководство одним международным проектом (Erasmus+ Европейского союза, по использованию трёхмерных анатомических моделей в медицинском образовании), одним национальным (TÜBİTAK 1001, по нейровоспалению) и многими проектами Отдела научно-исследовательских проектов. Научное руководство пятью докторскими диссертациями по анатомии, из которых три завершены. Более 50 международных публикаций и свыше 350 международных цитирований. Семейное положение: состоит в браке, одна дочь.
