О враче

Проф. д-р Eser Lay Ergün окончила Анкарский лицей Ататюрка Анадолу и медицинский факультет Университета Анкары. Ординатуру на кафедре ядерной медицины медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе завершила в 1999 году. В 2005 году стала доцентом, в 2010 году — профессором.







В 1996 году работала в отделении ядерной медицины и биофизики Ганноверской медицинской школы (Medizinische Hochschule Hannover) в Германии по ядерной кардиологии, ядерной онкологии, позитронно-эмиссионной томографии и радиойодной терапии.







В 2001–2002 годах в течение одного года работала в США в Детской больнице Мичигана, Детройтском медицинском центре Университета Уэйна, по позитронно-эмиссионной томографии (ПЭТ).







За свои исследования получила «Премию за стимулирование науки» Университета Хаджеттепе за 2001–2002 учебный год; премию за исследовательский доклад имени проф. д-ра İsmet Karacan (2001); премию конкурса поддержки проектов TÜBİTAK и Общества исследований мозга 2003 года; премию за стимулирование исследовательского проекта на Весенних симпозиумах Турецкого психиатрического общества 2003 года; премию проф. д-ра Suphi Artunkal (2004).







Занимается эпилепсией, кардиологией и онкологией с помощью методов ядерной медицины и позитронно-эмиссионной томографии.

В 2013–2016 годах возглавляла кафедру ядерной медицины.
