Д-р Çöteli: 1989 г. рождения, Анкара. Окончание Анкарского научного лицея — 2006 г., окончание медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе — 2013 г. В 2013–2019 гг. — специализация по кардиологии на кафедре кардиологии медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе. В 2019–2021 гг. — обязательная служба в клинике кардиологии Городской больницы Анкары. В 2021–2022 гг. — работа доктором-преподавателем на кафедре кардиологии Университета Анкары Йылдырым Беязыт и одновременно продолжение работы в клинике кардиологии Городской больницы Анкары. С 2022 г. — начало работы преподавателем на кафедре кардиологии медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе, продолжающейся по настоящее время.

Член Турецкого кардиологического общества и Европейского общества кардиологов. Владение иностранными языками: английский — на хорошем уровне, немецкий — на среднем.
