Sinem Akgül

Sinem Akgül: после окончания медицинского факультета Университета Хаджеттепе в том же университете завершены специализация по детскому здоровью и болезням и докторантура по здоровью подростков; в настоящее время — преподаватель кафедры здоровья подростков. В 2016 г. присвоено звание доцента по педиатрии, в 2017 г. получена стипендия Greif Scholarship, в рамках которой в течение одного года — узкая специализация по здоровью подростков в Nationwide Children's Hospital при университете штата Огайо. Заместитель редактора Turkish Journal of Pediatrics, член редакционной коллегии издания Society of Adolescent Health and Medicine и член этого общества.

Членство в Этической комиссии Университета Хаджеттепе и в Комиссии Университета Хаджеттепе по защите и поддержке в случаях сексуальных домогательств и сексуального насилия . Руководитель курса «Детское здоровье и болезни» для 4 курса. Член правления Общества здоровья подростков и член Национального педиатрического общества.

Особые области интересов: подход к подросткам с гендерным несоответствием, консультирование подростков по вопросам сексуального здоровья, менструальные нарушения у подростков, подростковая гинекология, расстройства пищевого поведения, а также зависимость от психоактивных веществ и поведенческая зависимость у подростков.
