Uğur Nadir Karakulak

Geboren 1984 in Ankara. 2001 Abschluss des Naturwissenschaftsgymnasiums Ankara. 2008 Abschluss des Studiums an der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Hacettepe. 2008–2014 Facharztausbildung in Kardiologie an der Abteilung für Kardiologie der Universität Hacettepe. 2014–2018 fachärztliche Tätigkeit in der Kardiologie am Ankara Krankenhaus für Berufs- und Umwelterkrankungen.

2018 Beginn der Tätigkeit als Mitglied des Lehrkörpers an der Abteilung für Kardiologie. Im selben Jahr Titel Assoz. Prof.

2019 Ausbildung in fortgeschrittener Echokardiografie (dreidimensionale Echokardiografie, myokardiale Deformation, interventionelle und intraoperative Echokardiografie) im Echokardiografielabor der Universität Padua (Italien) und an der Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN, USA). Im selben Jahr Titel EACVI Fellowship der Europäischen Vereinigung für Kardiovaskuläre Bildgebung.

Mitglied der Türkischen Gesellschaft für Kardiologie, der Europäischen Gesellschaft für Kardiologie (ESC) und der Europäischen Vereinigung für Kardiovaskuläre Bildgebung (EACVI).

Zu den Interessengebieten zählen Echokardiografie, Herzinsuffizienz, Klappenerkrankungen sowie intraoperative und interventionelle Echokardiografie.
