Hasan Serkan Doğan

Nach dem Abschluss der (englischsprachigen) Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Hacettepe 1998 begann er, als wissenschaftlicher Assistent in der Abteilung für Urologie derselben Universität zu arbeiten. Nach Abschluss der Facharztausbildung 2003 arbeitete er 2 Jahre lang als Fellow für Kinderurologie in derselben Klinik. 2006 setzte er seine Tätigkeit in der Abteilung für Urologie und der Wissenschaftlichen Einheit für Kinderurologie der Universität Uludağ fort. 2008 erwarb er das Zertifikat des Europäischen Fellowships in Kinderurologie (FEAPU). 2010 erhielt er den Titel Assoz. Prof., und 2011 erwarb er die Facharzturkunde für Kinderurologie des Gesundheitsministeriums. 2011 arbeitete er an der Universität Innsbruck (Österreich) und der Universität Aarhus (Dänemark) zur Kinderurologie. 2012 begann er als Hochschullehrer in der Abteilung für Urologie und der Wissenschaftlichen Einheit für Kinderurologie der Universität Hacettepe. 2015 wurde er auf eine Professorenstelle berufen. Er ist Vorstandsmitglied der Gesellschaft für Urologische Chirurgie und der Türkischen Gesellschaft für Kinderurologie. Er ist aktives Mitglied des Panels für die Leitlinien zur Kinderurologie der Europäischen Gesellschaft für Urologie. Seine Interessengebiete sind die Diagnose angeborener und erworbener urologischer Pathologien im Kindesalter, deren Behandlung mit medikamentösen, offenen und geschlossenen (laparoskopisch-endourologischen) Verfahren, Nierentransplantation und endoskopische Steinchirurgie.
