Gamze Atay

Sie schloss das Atatürk-Anadolu-Gymnasium in Ankara und die Medizinische Fakultät der Universität Hacettepe ab. Ihre Facharztausbildung in der Abteilung für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Hacettepe beendete sie 2007. Von 2007 bis 2009 war sie in der Abteilung für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Hacettepe als Clinical Fellow auf dem Gebiet „Otologie und Neurootologie“ tätig. Von 2009 bis 2010 leistete sie ihre staatliche Dienstverpflichtung am Staatlichen Krankenhaus Artvin ab. 2010 nahm sie ihre Tätigkeit als „Lehrbeauftragte“ in der Abteilung für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde der Universität Hacettepe auf und wurde 2013 „Assistenzprofessorin“. Ihre Hauptinteressengebiete sind Erkrankungen der Ohrmuschel und des äußeren Gehörgangs, Trommelfellperforationen und Pathologien der Gehörknöchelchen des Mittelohrs, vom Innenohr ausgehende Hörverluste, Cochlea-Implantation, Gleichgewichtsstörungen – Schwindel, Tinnitus und andere Hörverluste.
