657 / 4-B CONTRACT PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Contract personnel will be recruited to our University Hospitals for the positions listed below, with expenses to be covered from Special Budget revenues, by taking the Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) group score ranking as the basis, according to the method specified in paragraph (b) of Additional Article 2 of the principles published in the Official Gazette dated 28 June 2007 and numbered 26566 regarding the employment of contract personnel.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye.
2. Excluding negligent offenses, not having been convicted of a felony and not being under investigation, even if the conviction has been pardoned, subject to the statute of limitations, converted to a fine or suspended, or the records have been removed from the criminal record.
3. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 53 of Law No. 657, not having a physical or mental illness or physical disability that could prevent continuous performance of duties.
4. Not receiving a retirement, old-age or disability pension from any social security institution.
5. For male candidates, having no outstanding military service obligation (having completed military service, deferred it, or being exempt).
6. For all positions, having completed 18 years of age and not having reached 35 years of age as of the application deadline (those born between 02.12.1989 (inclusive) and 17.12.2006 (inclusive) are accepted).
7. Not having been dismissed from duty or from the profession under the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations.
8. Accepting the requirement to work night shifts and night duty within the shift-based work schedule necessitated by the uninterrupted 24/7 provision of healthcare services. Only for the cleaning staff position, accepting the requirement to work during the daytime.
9. In accordance with the mandatory provision in the Principles on the Employment of Contract Personnel, "Contract personnel whose contracts are terminated by their institutions because they acted contrary to the principles of the service contract, or who unilaterally terminate the contract during the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by Presidential decision, cannot be employed in contract personnel positions of public institutions and organizations unless one year has passed from the termination date, or from the end of the contract if they did not renew it," candidates must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the final application date. (The relevant document will be presented at the contract signing stage).
10. All candidates who apply must download the Health Declaration Form, which contains information on whether they meet the conditions stated in the announcement and whether they have any illness or disability that could prevent them from performing their duties continuously, from the link https://hacettepe.edu.tr/fs/form.pdf, fully complete it, and upload it to the ADDITIONAL FILE section of the position they are applying for.
11. The required certificate and document must have been obtained before the date of the announcement, and certificates and documents without a date will be considered invalid.
APPLICATION METHOD, PLACE AND DATE
1. Each candidate may apply for only one title from the positions announced in the list.
2. Candidates who will apply must submit their applications on the e-Devlet platform, simultaneously with the Official Gazette announcement and in accordance with the specified schedule, via the Career Gate public recruitment link https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.
EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
1. Applications made after the application date, and applications of candidates who submit incomplete documents or whose qualifications are not suitable, will not be processed.
2. Placement will be made among candidates who meet the general conditions and the special conditions required for the position, based on the ranking of the relevant score type of the 2024 KPSS (B) group.
3.After the applications are reviewed, the list of names of successful candidates will be announced within 7 working days of the announcement end date at https://hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr and https://pdb.hacettepe.edu.tr. Reserve candidates equal to 10 (ten) times the quota will be determined. The documents to be requested from candidates who gain entitlement to appointment, and the deadline for submitting these documents, will be published at the same links.
4. The applications of candidates who do not submit the requested documents within the time limit, or who submit their documents but are not ready on the start date, will be considered invalid. In place of candidates who do not attend, candidates on the reserve list will be invited based on the KPSS score ranking. All invitations and notifications will be made under the Announcements heading on the Hospitals website.
5. Primary candidates will be invited after the archive research is completed.
6. If it is determined that candidates who have gained entitlement to appointment to the announced positions have submitted false documents or made false statements, or if it is later understood that they do not meet any of the required conditions, their contracts, if already signed, will be terminated immediately, legal action will be taken against them, and any amount paid to them will be reimbursed with legal interest.
7. Obtaining a high score in the KPSS exam alone does not confer the right to be placed in the contract position stated in the announcement. Candidates who do not meet the general conditions specified for the position will not be considered. Candidates who make false, misleading or untrue statements, and candidates who are not considered due to inconsistencies in their information, cannot claim any rights on this account.
8. A service contract will be made with the candidates, and the contracts of candidates who do not fulfill the conditions stated in the contract will be terminated within 1 (one) month.
9. If the quota determined by gender cannot be filled, applications for the other gender announced may be evaluated in order to reach the total number of positions.
10. For provisions not included in the announcement, the provisions of general legislation apply.
