HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY CONTRACTED PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT
In accordance with the method specified in Additional Article 2, paragraph (b) of the principles published in the Official Gazette dated 28 June 2007 under No. 26566 on the employment of contracted personnel, contracted personnel will be recruited for the positions listed below to work at our University Hospitals, based on the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) group (B) score ranking (the salaries for 18 Nurse positions, 3 Programmer positions and 8 Analyst positions will be paid from the Special Budget; the salaries for 20 Nurse positions and the other positions will be paid from Revolving Fund revenues).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
(1) Be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
(2) Excluding negligent offenses, not have been convicted of a felony and not be under investigation, even if the conviction was pardoned, subject to the statute of limitations, converted into a fine or suspended, or the records have been removed from the criminal record,
(3) For male candidates, have no outstanding military service obligation,
(4) Be born on or after 01.01.1982 (*Since experience is required for the 3rd and 4th positions, the age requirement does not apply to these positions only).
(5) Subject to the provisions of Article 53 of Law No. 657, not have a physical or mental illness or physical disability that would prevent the candidate from performing the duties continuously,
(6) Be a graduate of the faculties or vocational schools specified for the branch to be recruited,
(7) Accept to work, for all positions, at hours (including nights) to be determined by the management of the relevant unit, provided that the weekly working time does not exceed 40 hours.
(8) Candidates who apply must not have worked as contracted personnel (657/4-B) at any institution during the last 1 year (counting from the date of resignation),
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROGRAMMER AND ANALYST
(1) Must have obtained at least a (D) level score in English in the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS), or a score equivalent to YDS (D) level in English language exams other than the YDS (the exams and equivalent scores specified in ÖSYM's "Foreign Language Exam Equivalencies" are accepted.),
(2) After the KPSSP3 scores of eligible candidates are ranked, a number of candidates equal to three times the announced number of positions will be invited to the oral examination.
(3) The list of candidates who will take the oral examination, together with the exam date, time and venue, will be announced at http://www.hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr/. Candidates who score 70 points or above in the oral examination will be considered successful, and placement will be made starting from the highest score. In case of equal scores, the older candidate will be placed.
PLACE, METHOD AND TIME OF APPLICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLACEMENT RESULTS
(1) For bachelor's degree graduates, the 2016 KPSS KPSSP3 score type, and for associate degree graduates, the 2016 KPSS KPSSP93 score type will be considered. Candidates must apply in person to the Human Resources Coordinatorship on Floor C within 15 days from the date of the announcement in the newspaper, with their ID card and a photocopy, the original and a photocopy of their diploma and/or provisional graduation certificate, the KPSS result document (a result document obtained online is sufficient), and, for male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the discharge certificate. For the Analyst and Programmer positions, in addition to the documents above, a printout of the YDS result from the internet or the original and a photocopy of an equivalent language certificate, the originals and photocopies of documents showing knowledge of programming languages, and, if applying with a certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education, the original and a photocopy of the certificate are also required.
(2) Applications sent by post will not be accepted.
(3) Applications of candidates who miss the application date or do not meet the qualifications will not be processed.
(4) The results will be published, taking the KPSS score ranking into account, at the web address http://www.hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr/ within 7 working days at the latest following the application deadline.
(5) Successful candidates must follow the list of successful candidates, the documents required to start work, and information on the time and place of application
at http://www.hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr/; no separate written or verbal notification will be made to candidates.
