Hacettepe University contract personnel recruitment announcement results

Dear Candidates,

The applications made via the Career Gate platform to our announcement dated 20 July 2026 have been reviewed and the evaluations have been completed. A ranking has been made based on the KPSS score ranking obtained by the candidates according to their educational level, and primary and reserve candidates have been determined according to this ranking.

The information and documents submitted by the winning candidates will be compared with the data declared via Career Gate, and candidates who provide false information or do not meet the required qualifications will not be placed.

The documents listed below must be completed and submitted in person to the Human Resources Coordinatorship on the C Floor of the Sıhhiye Campus during working hours between 10 August 2026 and 25 August 2026 (application period: 15 days). The applications of candidates who do not submit their documents within the specified period will be considered invalid.

In place of candidates who do not attend or whose applications are considered invalid, the same number of candidates will be determined, again based on the KPSS score ranking, and the results will be published on the official website of our Hospitals. No separate written notification will be made to candidates regarding the results, and all candidates are expected to follow our website.

For the Support Staff Cleaner (Hospital) (Male) and Support Staff Cleaner (Hospital) (Female) positions, the requirement stated in the announcement published on 20 July 2026, "graduating from any field of secondary education (high school or equivalent) institutions and not being registered as an active full-time student at higher education institutions," will be examined during the candidates' start-of-duty procedures.

In this context, candidates who gain entitlement to start work as a result of placement must document that they meet this requirement at the document submission stage. In addition, candidates' being allowed to start work depends on the outcome of the security and archive research, and the appointment and start-of-duty procedures will be carried out for candidates who meet these conditions.

Documents Required from Candidates Who Will Start Work

- 4 passport-size photographs

- Health Board Report (a report from a board with at least 5 signatures stating that there is no obstacle to working) (must be obtained from a fully equipped state hospital).

- 2 photocopies of the identity document

- Residence Certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).

- Criminal Record Certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).

- The original and 2 photocopies of the diploma required in the announcement

- A document from the institution where the candidate worked within the last year showing their employment status

- SGK Registration and Service Record

- KPSS Result Document

- For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge certificate or deferment certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).
