Nalan Çelebi

Nalan Örnek Çelebi

I was born in Ankara in 1972. After completing my primary, middle, and high school education in Ankara, I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1996.

I began my residency in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and completed it in 2001. Between 2002 and 2008, I worked as an Instructor in the same department. I obtained the title of Associate Professor in 2008 and became a Professor at Hacettepe University in 2014, and I continue to work as a professor in the same unit. I have been working in the Pain Division of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine since 2003.

In 2005, I worked for 4 months at the Pain Clinic of the University of Minnesota in the United States. In 2006, I also worked for 2 months at Yale University in the United States on Difficult Airway Management. I hold a "Difficult Airway Management Training" certificate and a Pain subspecialty certificate. I also hold a European Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate.

I currently continue my work as a faculty member in the Division of Algology and in the field of Eye Anesthesia.
