About
He was born in Ankara in 1977. He graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 1994. He completed his education at the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English program) in 2000. He received his cardiology specialty training in the Department of Cardiology at Hacettepe University between 2000 and 2006. Dr. Şahiner started working in the Department of Cardiology as an instructor in 2010 and received the title of Associate Professor in 2013.
He is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology.
His areas of interest include coronary artery disease, interventional cardiology, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
