Kaya Yorgancı

Secondary education was completed at TED Ankara College. Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. After completing specialty training in general surgery at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1997, worked for one year as a research fellow in the trauma and surgical intensive care division at the Medical College of Wisconsin (USA) in 2000. Became an Associate Professor in 2003 and a Professor in 2010.

Areas of interest are surgical intensive care, as well as endocrine surgery and obesity surgery.
