ATTENTION STUDENTS WHO WILL WORK PART-TIME WITHIN THE İŞKUR YOUTH PROGRAM
Dear Students,
Welcome to Hacettepe University Hospitals. We hope that the coming period will be a good experience for all of us.
In our Hospitals, in addition to current legal regulations, there are rules that must be followed in accordance with national and international accreditation standards. All members of our team are expected to comply with basic principles of our operations such as patient rights and privacy, institutional culture, infection control rules, and occupational health and safety.
3 March 2025 has been set aside for training; you are not expected to come to our Hospitals on this day. All training will be conducted via the links sent to you. On Monday, 3 March 2025 (participation in the training during the day is mandatory; those who do not participate will be considered absent from work that day), you must attend the Hospitals Orientation Training on the HUZEM platform using the link and information below. A separate training link on occupational health and safety principles will be sent, and participation in this training is also mandatory.
Your work areas have been determined, and work schedules will be updated regularly within a rotation program. Your class schedule will be taken into account as the determining factor in setting your working days and hours. Therefore, you are expected to inform the heads of the units where you will work of the days and hours you wish to work.
Your health will be monitored within the scope of employee health and periodic examinations. We will also deliver your identification cards to you through the units.
We ask that you follow your e-mail accounts with the hacettepe.edu.tr extension and the Announcements section of our Hospitals' official website for further communication.
