İŞKUR YOUTH PROGRAM
A cooperation protocol has been signed between Hacettepe University and the İŞKUR Provincial Directorate in order to support Adaptation Activities in the participation of our university students in our country's workforce and to provide a certain income support for each participating student. Our students who complete their applications at the application address indicated below and are selected by lottery will work 3 days a week for a maximum of 22.5 hours and will be able to earn temporary income of 1,083 ₺ per day, up to 15,162 ₺ per month. Working days can be arranged according to course schedules, and weekends can also be used.
Our students will be employed in activities carried out in the following areas:
a) Supporting Sustainable Campus Activities; (Announcement Number 5567)
b) Supporting Campus Infrastructure and Maintenance Activities; (Announcement Number 5568)
c) Supporting Social and Cultural Activities; (Announcement Number 5569)
d) Supporting Academic and Administrative Activities; (Announcement Number 5570)
e) Supporting Community Service and Cooperation Activities; (Announcement Number 5571)
f) Supporting Student Development and Adaptation Activities; (Announcement Number 5572)
g) Supporting Digital Transformation and Innovation Activities; (Announcement Number 5573)
h) Supporting Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Activities; (Announcement Number 5574)
1. A participant may benefit from the programs organized under the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of the Workforce Adaptation Program for a total of at most 52 actual days. (For the first term of 2025)
2. A quota of 93 people has been allocated to the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs of our University; you can apply with announcement number 5567.
3. Applications will be accepted between 06-07 March 2025.
4. This program will be held between 3 March 2025 and 27 June 2025.

What Are the Application and Participation Requirements of the İŞKUR Youth Program?
A) Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye
B) Not receiving an old-age or disability pension
C) Not having been an employee of the contractor or its affiliated, related, associated and subsidiary organizations within one year before the program request date and until the date the program actually starts,
D) Not having been reported as insured, or not being considered insured, under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 in the last one month before the application date; f) Not having been reported as insured, or not being considered insured, under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 as of the application date,
E) Meeting the household income requirement (not exceeding 3 times the net minimum wage),
F) Not being a beneficiary of the active workforce or unemployment insurance programs offered by the Institution,
G) Being an associate degree, bachelor's, master's or doctoral student of the contractor university (the conditions are not being an open education or distance education student and not having frozen one's registration and/or being inactive).
