Hacettepe University 657/4-B contract staff: 11th reserve recruitment notice

Dear Candidates,

The applications made via the Career Gate platform to our announcement dated 12 December 2024 have been reviewed and the evaluations have been completed. A ranking has been made based on the KPSS score ranking obtained by the candidates according to their educational level, and primary and reserve candidates have been determined according to this ranking and announced on 03.01.2025.

Information on the reserve candidates who have gained entitlement in place of candidates who, according to the published list, did not submit the required documents, who sent a petition waiving their right to appointment, or who were found not to meet the conditions stated in the announcement is given below.

The documents listed below must be completed and submitted in person to the Human Resources Coordinatorship on the C Floor of the Sıhhiye Campus during working hours between 25.09.2025 and 15.10.2025 (until the end of working hours). The applications of candidates who do not submit their documents within the specified period will be considered invalid.

The information and documents submitted by the winning candidates will be compared with the data declared via Career Gate, and candidates who provide false information or do not meet the required qualifications will not be placed.

In place of candidates who do not attend or whose applications are considered invalid, the same number of candidates will be determined, again based on the KPSS score ranking, and the results will be published on the official website of our Hospitals. No separate written notification will be made to candidates regarding the results, and all candidates are expected to follow our website.
