09.06.2020 Contracted Personnel Recruitment Result Reserve List
In place of the candidates who did not submit their application documents according to the contracted personnel recruitment result announced on 13.08.2020, placement has been made taking the KPSS (B) group score ranking into account, and information on the candidates is given below. The candidates must complete the documents listed below and deliver them in an envelope to the Human Resources Coordination Office (Adult Hospital, Floor C) during working hours within 3 (three) working days starting from 17/08/2020 (until 19/08/2020). The pandemic rules applied in the Hospital must be observed during document submission. The application of any candidate who does not respond and does not bring their documents by the stated date will be declared invalid. (Candidates will not be informed separately by phone or post.) Applications of candidates who do not meet the conditions announced at the time of application will be considered invalid. (Candidates will not be informed separately by phone or post.) · Proof of residence (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)
· Clean criminal record certificate from the courthouse (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)
· Original and 2 photocopies of the diploma
· Document showing the status in which the candidate worked at the previous institution during the last year
· Service record from the SGK (requested if the candidate has worked before)
· If the candidate has never worked, a registration inquiry must be obtained from the SGK.
· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge or deferment certificate (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)
