Hacettepe University Contract Personnel Results (26.02.2021)

In place of the candidates who did not submit their application documents according to the contract personnel recruitment result announced on 22.02.2021, placements have been made by taking the KPSS (B) group score ranking into account, and information about the candidates is given below. The candidates must complete the documents listed below and submit them in an envelope to the Human Resources Coordinatorship (Adult Hospital, C Floor) during working hours within 3 (three) working days from 26/02/2021 (by 02/03/2021). The pandemic rules applied in the Hospital must be observed during document submission. The application of any candidate(s) who do not provide information and do not bring their documents by the specified date will be declared invalid. (Candidates will not be notified separately by telephone or mail.) The applications of candidates who do not meet the conditions announced at the time of application will be considered invalid. (Candidates will not be notified separately by telephone or mail.) (The contract signing and start date for candidates who submit their documents is 03.03.2021.)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM NEW CANDIDATES STARTING WORK

· 4 passport-size photographs

· Health board report (a report signed by 5 board members stating that there is no obstacle to the candidate working)

· 2 photocopies of the national ID card

· Proof of residence (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)

· Clean criminal record certificate from the courthouse (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)

· Original and 2 photocopies of the diploma

· Document showing the status in which the candidate worked at the previous institution during the last year

· Service record from the SGK (requested if the candidate has worked before)

· If the candidate has never worked, a registration inquiry must be obtained from the SGK.

· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge or deferment certificate (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)
