09.06.2020 Contracted Personnel Recruitment Result Reserve List

In place of the candidates who did not submit their application documents according to the contracted personnel recruitment result announced on 26.10.2020, placement has been made taking the KPSS (B) group score ranking into account, and information on the candidates is given below. The candidates must complete the documents listed below and deliver them in an envelope to the Human Resources Coordination Office (Adult Hospital, Floor C) during working hours within 3 (three) working days starting from 30/10/2020 (until 03/11/2020). The pandemic rules applied in the Hospital must be observed during document submission. The application of any candidate who does not respond and does not bring their documents by the stated date will be declared invalid. (Candidates will not be informed separately by phone or post.) Applications of candidates who do not meet the conditions announced at the time of application will be considered invalid. (Candidates will not be informed separately by phone or post.) · 4 passport-size photographs

· Health Board Report (a committee report signed by 5 members stating that there is no obstacle to working)

· 2 photocopies of the identity card

· Proof of residence (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)

· Clean criminal record certificate from the courthouse (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)

· The original and 2 photocopies of the diploma

· A document from the institution where the candidate worked during the last 1 year showing the status of employment

· Service record from SGK (requested if the candidate has worked before.)

· If the candidate has not worked before, a record inquiry must be obtained from SGK.

· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge or deferment certificate (a document obtained from e-Devlet is valid.)
