HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY 05.04.2023 CONTRACT PERSONNEL ANNOUNCEMENT

In order to recruit 621 personnel in contract positions under Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 in our University units, applications were accepted until the end of working hours on 19.04.2023 in accordance with our announcement published in the Official Gazette dated 05.04.2023 and numbered 32154, and the list of names of primary and reserve candidates was published on 05.05.2023 on the website of the Personnel Department.
Information on the reserve candidates who have gained entitlement in place of primary candidates who, according to the published list, did not submit the required documents by the end of working hours on 18.05.2023, who sent a petition waiving their right to appointment, or who were found not to meet the conditions stated in the announcement is given below.
The reserve candidates who have gained entitlement must complete the requested documents and submit them in person to the Human Resources Coordinatorship (Adult Hospital, C Floor) by the end of working hours on 16/06/2023.
The titles for which placement will be carried out in our Hospitals are as follows: Child Development Specialist, Dietitian, Nurse, Perfusionist, Health Technician – Anesthesia, Health Technician – Radiology, Health Technician – Dialysis, Health Technician – Pharmacy Services, Health Technician – First Aid and Emergency, Health Technician – Medical Laboratory, Support Staff (Secondary Education / Patient Care – Cleaning Staff / Male), Support Staff (Secondary Education / Patient Care – Cleaning Staff / Female), Support Staff (Secondary Education – Barber), Support Staff (Secondary Education / Body Washer / Female)

Documents Required from Candidates Who Will Start Work
· 4 passport-size photographs
· Health Board Report (a report from a 5-signature board stating that there is no obstacle to working)
· 2 photocopies of the identity document
· Residence Certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).
· Criminal Record Certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).
· The original and 2 photocopies of the higher education diploma required in the announcement.
· A document from the institution where the candidate worked within the last year showing their employment status
· SGK Registration and Service Record
· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge certificate or deferment certificate (a document obtained via e-Devlet is valid).
