Candidates invited from the contracted reserve list announced on 28.01.2017;

Placement has been made, taking the KPSS (B) group score ranking into account, in place of candidates who did not submit their application documents according to the contracted personnel recruitment result announced on 28.01.2017, and information on the candidates is given below.

Candidates who have been placed must complete the documents listed below within 3 working days from 22/02/2017 (until 24/02/2017), and submit the documents of candidates in the Nurse position to the Human Resources Coordinatorship (Adult Hospital, Floor C) during working hours. The applications of candidates who do not provide information and do not bring their documents by the specified date will be declared invalid, and the candidate(s) determined on the basis of the KPSS score ranking to replace those who do not start work will be announced at http://www.hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr . (Candidates will not be notified separately by phone or mail.) In addition, candidates must fill in the attached Security/Archive Investigation Form on a computer and submit it to our Coordinatorship.

· 4 passport-size photographs
· Health board report (a report signed by 5 board members stating that there is no obstacle to the candidate working)
· 2 photocopies of the national ID card
· Proof of residence
· Certificate of no criminal record from the courthouse
· Original and 2 photocopies of the diploma
· Photocopy of the passbook for the salary account opened at the Halkbank Faculty of Medicine branch on the campus
· Document showing the status in which the candidate worked at the previous institution during the last year
· Service record from the SGK (requested if the candidate has worked before)
· If the candidate has never worked, a registration inquiry must be obtained from the SGK.
· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge or deferment certificate
