Candidate invited from the contracted reserve list announced on 28.01.2017;

Information on the candidate invited from the reserve list in place of the candidate who did not submit the application documents, according to the contracted personnel recruitment result announced on 28.01.2017, is given below.

The candidate who has been placed (analyst) must complete the documents listed below within 3 working days from 11/04/2017 (until 13/04/2017) and submit them to the Human Resources Coordinatorship (Adult Hospital, Floor C) during working hours. The application of a candidate who does not provide information and does not bring the documents by the specified date will be declared invalid, and the next candidate to replace the one who does not start work will be announced at http://www.hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr. (The candidate will not be notified separately by phone or mail.) In addition, the candidate must fill in the attached Security / Archive Investigation Form on a computer and submit it to our Coordinatorship.

11. ANALYST LIST FROM THE RESERVE LIST

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM NEW CANDIDATES STARTING WORK

· 4 passport-size photographs

· Health board report (a report signed by 5 board members stating that there is no obstacle to the candidate working)

· 2 photocopies of the national ID card

· Proof of residence

· Certificate of no criminal record from the courthouse

· Original and 2 photocopies of the diploma

· Photocopy of the passbook for the salary account opened at the Halkbank Faculty of Medicine branch on the campus

· Document showing the status in which the candidate worked at the previous institution during the last year

· Service record from the SGK (requested if the candidate has worked before)

· If the candidate has never worked, a registration inquiry must be obtained from the SGK.

· For male candidates, the original and a photocopy of the military discharge or deferment certificate
